Before your deposit is captured, a senior developer audits your TMS stack. We verify API accessibility, endpoint availability, authentication compatibility, and any licensing restrictions that would affect the integration we prescribed in your engineering brief.

If your stack passes: the Stripe authorization hold is captured and the build begins.

If your stack does not pass: the hold is released in full — no card processing fees, no disputes, no 30-day refund wait. Released. And you receive a free Readiness Roadmap that tells you exactly what needs to change and how long it will take.

This audit happens in 48 hours. You carry zero financial risk through this stage.

Lock 2 — 14-Business-Day Delivery. Contractual.

Not an estimate. Not a target. A commitment.

From the moment your deposit is captured, your integration is delivered to a staging environment within 14 business days. This is written into your engagement terms. If we miss it for any reason within our control, we continue working at no additional cost until delivery is complete. You do not pay more for our timeline failures.

Staging delivery means a fully functional, fully tested integration — not a demo script, not a proof of concept, not a “we just need one more week” environment. A working build your operations team can interact with.

Lock 3 — 98%+ Extraction Accuracy. Documented.

If the numbers don’t hit the benchmark, you don’t sign off. And you don’t pay.

Every integration is validated against a minimum 98% data extraction accuracy benchmark before we request your staging sign-off. Validation results are documented — sample set sizes, field-by-field extraction rates, confidence scoring methodology — and shared with you in full.

If the benchmark is not met, we fix the integration. Final payment is only released upon your approval of a staging demo that meets the benchmark. The 50% final payment is not an invoice we send when we feel done. It is a payment you release when you are satisfied.

• McLeod PowerBroker — Available at Tier 3 (Enterprise Sync) only, subject to technical audit and premium scoping. McLeod’s FlowLogix and DataFusion module availability affects integration method.

Legacy on-premise systems (e.g., Trimble TMW, older McLeod versions without API access) are not supported under fixed-price tiers. If you are unsure whether your stack qualifies, run the diagnostic — the audit will confirm compatibility at no cost to you.
