Enterprise Sync Compatibility Deposit — Tier 3
Enterprise Sync — Tier 3
Total Investment: $8,500 (fixed price)
This authorization covers your 50% compatibility deposit. The remaining $4,250 is released by you after staging sign-off.
This is a defined automation build for a defined operational bottleneck — not a software subscription, a template, or outsourced contractor management. Your engineering brief confirms the workflow, fixed investment, technical assumptions, and validation benchmark before you authorize a deposit.
What Gets Built
A full-stack freight automation layer that handles high-volume, multi-source quote intake from email, PDFs, portals, and structured data feeds; applies carrier-specific normalization and business-rule logic; syncs validated records bidirectionally into your TMS; and exposes a structured exception management layer for your operations team.
- High-volume multi-inbox and portal monitoring
- PDF, plain-text, structured-data, and portal-scrape parsing (up to 15+ carrier formats)
- Carrier-specific business rule engine and normalization layer
- Bidirectional TMS sync with conflict resolution and deduplication
- Exception management queue with operations-team dashboard
- Error logging, failure alerting, and weekly accuracy reporting
- McLeod PowerBroker support (subject to FlowLogix/DataFusion module availability audit)
Is This the Right Fit?
Eligibility, supported workflow, TMS constraints, and exclusions
Eligible if: You operate on Rose Rocket, Turvo, Descartes Aljex, or McLeod PowerBroker with API access enabled. Your team processes 600+ RFQs per week. You require bidirectional TMS sync, business-rule logic, or portal-based carrier data intake. McLeod clients must have FlowLogix or DataFusion modules active — confirmed during the audit.
Not eligible if: Your TMS is fully on-premise with no API or scripting access. You require certified EDI VAN connections as primary intake. You need real-time carrier tracking or visibility integrations — these are separate scope categories.
Not sure? Run the diagnostic — the 48-hour audit will confirm compatibility at no cost to you.
Audit, delivery, accuracy, ownership, and care terms
48-Hour Compatibility Audit: Before your deposit is captured, a senior developer verifies your TMS endpoints, API access, module availability, and authentication. McLeod clients receive an extended audit covering FlowLogix/DataFusion access. If the audit fails, the authorization hold is released in full — no fees, no disputes.
14-Business-Day Delivery SLA: From deposit capture to staging environment delivery. Contractual. If missed for reasons within our control, work continues at no additional cost.
98%+ Extraction Accuracy: Validated and documented before staging sign-off is requested. Final payment is released only upon your approval.
Ownership: You own the integration code outright upon final payment. We retain nothing.
System Care: Month 1 included. From Day 31: $955/month — endpoint monitoring, failure alerting, schema drift detection, exception queue health checks, and monthly accuracy report. Cancellable before billing. No minimum term.
