1. Who We Are

The Respect Engineers (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a productized B2B freight automation agency. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information submitted through our website and diagnostic funnel.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information you voluntarily submit through our operational diagnostic form, including: company name, TMS platform, weekly RFQ volume, email address, and operational details you choose to share. We do not collect payment card data directly — all payment processing is handled by Stripe.

3. How We Use Your Information

Information submitted through the diagnostic is used solely to: (a) calculate your Friction Score and prescribe an architecture tier, (b) author your 24-hour engineering brief, and (c) communicate with you about your engagement. We do not sell, rent, or share your operational data with third parties except as required to deliver our service (e.g., vetted developers operating under strict NDAs).

4. Data Security

We operate on a least-privilege access model. Developers engaged on your build are granted only the minimum API permissions required to complete the integration. Your API credentials remain in your ownership at all times. We use encrypted storage for any sensitive configuration data.

5. Data Retention

Diagnostic submissions and engineering briefs are retained for the duration of your engagement and for up to 12 months thereafter for quality assurance purposes. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us directly.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us at the email address listed on our Contact page.

7. Cookies

Our website uses minimal cookies necessary for site functionality. We do not use tracking cookies for advertising purposes.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy periodically. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
